ESP uses brass that is twice the thickness of competing products — so you can weld our components without fear of deforming them or losing structural integrity.

Available metal finishes include polished brass, polished chrome, polished stainless steel, satin stainless steel and satin nickel, as indicated.

ESP Metal Crafts can supply our high-quality metal tubing in any lengths and quantities needed. In addition to our standard tubing listed in the charts below, we offer numerous customized metal finishes — including our exclusive, distinctive copper finishes — and powder coated colors.

Component Assembly

Most components are not pre-drilled, but are supplied with the needed quantity of #8 x 5/8" self-tapping Tek screws.

To assemble:

• Use a centerpunch before drilling.
• Drill a pilot hole (#30 bit).
• Use a #2 Phillips bit with a screwgun or variable-speed drill to run the screw in.

All fittings are for 2" O.D. tube except where indicated.
